Our Policy
We always aim to provide quick service, and in most cases, we'll complete tasks
in the order they're received. It's first come, first serve. If we need to order parts,
we'll keep working on other computers/devices/projects while waiting for the parts to
arrive.
Business clients always take priority over home users. Likewise, a business system down
situation takes priority over a new installation project. If there is more than one business
system down, then we work on the project that affects the largest number of users. This is a
rare occurrence.
In some instances we consider the age of the computer. Sometimes we get old home computers
that take forever to respond — like several minutes for a single click. We'll still work on
them, but they'll usually take longer because of the slow computer. We'll focus on quicker
repairs first to get them out the door.
If the computer isn't here, we can't work on it. You're welcome to wait for a slow period so
you can get in and out, but we don't know when that might occur. It's hit or
miss.
If you have an urgent request, let us know and we'll try to assist. Our workload varies;
sometimes there's no wait, other times there are many devices in the queue. Call or email to
